This Diet Plan is a companion to the bestseller The Obesity Code by Jason Fung. Dr. Fung identifies that there are essentially two areas to focus on when it comes to weight loss:

  • What To Eat 
  • When To Eat

Dr. Fung establishes that the calorie reduction theory of weight loss does not work. Rather than providing detailed food lists, Dr. Fung provides the following guidelines to follow:

  • Lower your intake of refined sugars and grains
  • Eat a moderate level fo protein
  • Eat more natural, healthy fats
  • Increase your intake of fiber and vinegar
  • Only eat unprocessed, natural foods
