Alzheimer's develops more quickly in people with higher educations than in less-educated people.

Study: Although highly educated people typically are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease later in life than less-educated people—probably because they can compensate for the memory loss for a longer time-once the disease becomes apparent, they lose their memory at a faster rate.
